Explore is a foundational building block combining the power of one-on-one intuitive healing sessions and email support with online resources geared towards creating transformational change. The bottom line is that we all need this kind of support. Packages are available for 3 one-hour sessions and 5 one-hour sessions.

This 6 month experience is for you if you desire to learn how to connect with Nature | Spirit through the Art of Nature Communication and the Power of Land Healing from the privacy and convenience of your own home. It combines powerful healing meditations, instructional videos and supporting documentation with one-on-one phone sessions and monthly practice sessions. It provides the opportunity to work directly in-person with Kara over a period of 9 months, diving deep into the world of energy. You must be able to meet in person every other week in the Seacoast, NH area (with many extras and surprises along the way…).
